The portal states a due date of JAN 15 for forms due today, but when are the evaluator forms due or the hard cut off date?
If you're talking about the Math Eval, English Eval, and Other Eval, it's usually two weeks after the due date in your portal that being 15 Jan for you. That's what it was for me and if you read the Candidate Instructions, I'm pretty sure it says the same thing. Hope this helps! The portal states a due date of JAN 15 for forms due today, but when are the evaluator forms due or the hard cut off date?
So that would mean JAN 29th then correct? If you're talking about the Math Eval, English Eval, and Other Eval, it's usually two weeks after the due date in your portal that being 15 Jan for you. Correct, but try and get them in quicker than later. Another thing, submit the names of the people you want to do your evaluations tonight before 0000 16JAN because your file will close if you don't. It doesn't say it in the portal but you need to submit the names of evaluators now. You can always go back and change them even after 15 JAN.So that would mean JAN 29th then correct?
Currently have a candidate that it enlisted: once the Commander, 1SGT, and other officer submit their evaluations does USAFA contact the evaluators again to talk about their evaluations and confirm them or is their application complete?Check the "Instructions for Candidates" closely. One of my candidates didn't submit the names of his evaluators (Math, English, EXX) by the deadline and they closed him. He, and I, were shocked until...we found it on, I think page 6, and there it was...
Fortunately, he pled stupid...and they were merciful and reopened his file.

I'm guessing that the candidate is USAF and is in the LEAD program?Currently have a candidate that it enlisted: once the Commander, 1SGT, and other officer submit their evaluations does USAFA contact the evaluators again to talk about their evaluations and confirm them or is their application complete?
The answer is yes if being offered an appointment or a spot at the Prep School. Every year a commander will call the academy and let them know that an airman is no longer worthy of an appointment. USAFA then pulls the plug.Currently have a candidate that it enlisted: once the Commander, 1SGT, and other officer submit their evaluations does USAFA contact the evaluators again to talk about their evaluations and confirm them or is their application complete?
