My son never received any calls or emails prior to it being posted in the portal. He just saw it posted in the portal and as someone else said, it was in the afternoon. Good luck to everyone! He did start getting emails from the schools he was awarded to after it was posted.

DS was a 3rd board winner in 2021. He received a congratulations email from his `1st choice ROO about the same time the results were posted.

Congratulations!! She is going to love it! My DS is a first year - and has already been able to embrace so many opportunities with the New River Battalion and the support they receive and cadets and you as a parent is impressive!
 
My son is definitely nervous, he's committed to play baseball at a very expensive private school and after all the years and $$$ mom and dad have spent on sports, he looks at this as an opportunity to "repay" us. I love the responsibility he has taken of this process!
 
My kid was not nervous at all in sharp contrast to myself. I think kids just don't have a concept of having to pay bills and what a scholarship can do for them.
 
Maybe the ROO's of the schools would email them as well to congratulate them if it was released.
