I received a 13/24 on my SAT essay which resulted in an email saying I will undergo a risk review (what jebdad mentioned above) if I don't improve my score.

I did much better on my SAT composite than my ACT composite but struggled on the SAT essay. I was wondering if the academy would look at my SAT composite score but my ACT essay instead of the SAT essay?

A 1550 will significantly improve your chances. To give you an idea your candidate score is 60% academic, 30% leadership and 10% physical. Best of luck.

I was wondering how important your SAT essay score is and what a "good" score is. On the new SAT score report they don't give your percentiles for the essay score. Please don't say "you should shoot for a perfect score." I understand that, but I also want to know if I'm deemed qualified. Thanks
