DS is hoping to eventually make it to PsyOps. Anyone on here have any experience in the MOS or know of someone and their experiences.

DS was in Feb. as Capt MJ said start now. all summer. Just get comfortable entering the water . Stay calm, Orient yourself, perform movements exit. Once he is on campus time is very limited if even available to do this at all especially if its a SMC. They are busy all the time.

Once he has his winner letter in hand It will say you are not medically qualified. And until that point you can not receive any benefits. I would schedule that process once the paper mail shows up. My son did and got a denial but his issue was was small and it luckily just took a letter...

4 year ARMY Winners - must enter school with atleast 2.0 GPA 3 year ARMY Winner - Must have a 2.5 or better after the completion of their first college academic year. So 3 year winners don't let those Calc or Physic classes if you are taking this Fresh year drag you down.

Then they all have to get through the DoDMERB. Good luck to all that are past the first gate . Don't get hurt along the way.

It all depends how busy they get but hold tight - Nothing you can do but wait. A good behavior to get use to when going to serve.
