    DS received notice TODAY he had received NROTC/MO scholarship. Received AROTC scholarship earlier in the year. Very proud & grateful. Now, decision to make between programs. Attending University of South Carolina.

    DoDMERB Waiver Required?

    Understood. We have Discharge Medical Note. States "He has full mobility and strength and normal stability. He is cleared for full activity without limitations." Surgery was in June 2018. DS completed both AROTC & NROTC/MO PFTs after surgery. That said, understand there is a process to follow.
