Does this mean there is still a chance of admission up until early April if you are from those populous states even for those without LOI? I am not sure if USAFA sends out LOI to every qualified candidate. Trying to see if we should move on already.

Wish we have chosen this option earlier. We thought that going through a government contractor would be faster. I wonder if we can choose to pay for the results now in order to move things along.
