  • Greetings man! I recently read your post in the NROTC forum and I was wondering if you have any tips in improving my run time. Also, I was awarded the NROTC - Marine Option scholarship and awaiting my DoDMERB appointments. Any workout advice I could get will definitely help. My latest PFT score is 22 pullups, 103 crunches and 21 min 03 sec three mile run (aiming for 18 mins).
