I'm an rotc cadet I have some problems with my tape test they say I have a 2% of fat I'm confused I have a 16 and a half on neck a 37 on waste and my weight is about 180 pounds but I've seen that a bottom line is about 19 % fat can somebody help me

Thanks for the welcome. I have heard good things about this site. My sons graduated from USNA in '01 and '05. What a great place USNA is. I am currently praying for a young man who hopes to be accepted for the Class of 2016.

Don't know if you heard or not, but, Shirley Anthony, was seperated from service and at the moment we do not have a national parents coordinator on campus. In the meantime, to help keep folks up to date, we have a website that we are requesting folks use.

http://site.usmmanationalparentsassociation.info. Any chance you could post a sticky about this, because the parent link on the academy site is totally out of date.

Also, we are working with the alumni foundation, so another way to our site is through the AF site at http://usmmaaf.com and click on the parents tab.

Thank you for the welcome...I was hoping someone could tell me if the NWL has been opened? Rumor is quaified but not selected letters are going out this week. Does that mean once a letter is sent that your name is off the list and you have no more chances? Or is there still hope as the list opens up?
