Joel, I noticed on one of the threads that you were willing to share your CO's Endorsement. I am currently trying to help a sailor submit his SECNAV Nomination and CO's Endorsement and would definitely benefit from working off of an example from someone who has been selected. Was wondering if you got a chance to answer the question related to the CO endorsement? How to properly fill It out.
Secondly, I would love to hear what kind of stats I am up against and usually get picked up. just to get an understanding where I stand right now!
