    Hi Kayaker I have been following this journey via forum. Rams Head Inn is a fun place to meet for drinks. You can walk there, but it is not right downtown. A little walk to clear your head and dry tears before you meet for drinks is a good thing !! Appetizers are good, a great variety of drinks and it has a good vibe.

    Sounds good! I've been to Annapolis a number of times (even for mixers at USNA when I was in college!) Always a good time. I don't usually pay attention to where we go -- just that we're having a good time. Will check out Rams Head when we are there. Thanks!

    Thanks for your response. HUGE congrats on the round 2 VICTORY! What a fabulous display of perseverance :) We've had that talk about applying again next year. Time will tell. Hope to add a name to the list one of these days ;)

    Hi Kayaker ~ hope all is well. I see you're from VA and does the 10 mean 10th District? Just making sure ;) HUGE congratulations to you and your DS! We are District 10 as well. I'm curious if you ever got a MOC call or did the BFE just show up one day. Thanks for any info!

    Thank you! Yes, DS received noms from Congressman Wolf and Senator Kaine. Not sure whether he was charged to Wolfe or Kaine, and from what I've read, we may never know. We never got a MOC call -- I figured we wouldn't hear from Wolfe since he is no longer in office. Maybe your candidate's BGO can give your candidate an idea where he/she stands? I know this waiting is so hard -- we did it last year. Good luck!
