My child is one of the CPR kids for USNA. He is also currently waitlisted at another Academy. I *believe* they are required to decide on an appointment at USNA by May 1 if they are offered one.
He is not likely to hear from the waitlist until after May 1.

Sending hugs to all who have gotten a TWE email this morning. You young men and women are still the best of the best and you have worked so hard to get this far. Whether you reapply or go on to other aspirations, you should be really proud of yourselves. We are proud of you!
My DS was also waitlisted. Wishing all who accept a place on the list the very best. Take a bit to process your emotions, and then turn your focus to your Plan B and C. Everyone should get those in place whether accepted or waitlisted!
