Update: On the DoDMETS website, under 'contact us', there is a banner with the Concorde CEO's name and email for urgent issues. I emailed him extremely late the night before my exams, and in the morning he had replied that he had copied his staff and made them aware of my issue. A few minutes...

I had similar thoughts, but unfortunately I had no luck in Chrome, IE, or Firefox.

I apologize in advance if this is a duplicate, but I'm on a bit of a time crunch. I filled out the medical history survey, proofed it, and digitally signed it. The DoDMETS system then presented me with a button to print a final copy to take to my medical tomorrow, but the button doesn't work...
