DoDMETS Printing Issues

I apologize in advance if this is a duplicate, but I'm on a bit of a time crunch. I filled out the medical history survey, proofed it, and digitally signed it. The DoDMETS system then presented me with a button to print a final copy to take to my medical tomorrow, but the button doesn't work. Whenever I click it, a new DoDMETS tab opens with no content. I have replicated the issue on four different PCs with a variety of operating systems and have no idea what to do. My exams are tomorrow and I waited too long to fill the forms, has anyone else experienced any similar issues?

Use internet explorer instead, that fixed everything for me.

I had similar thoughts, but unfortunately I had no luck in Chrome, IE, or Firefox.

Update: On the DoDMETS website, under 'contact us', there is a banner with the Concorde CEO's name and email for urgent issues. I emailed him extremely late the night before my exams, and in the morning he had replied that he had copied his staff and made them aware of my issue. A few minutes later a Concorde staffer emailed me a PDF with my completed forms directly from their side of the database. I highly recommend this to anyone with last minute issues that need urgent resolution. The text from DoDMETS is below:

HAVE AN URGENT ISSUE?
Urgent issues can be forwarded directly to Concorde’s CEO.
