USNA2017 You get on that list and you are in. I was MD-03 and me and a bunch of my buddies who applied all had LOA's and got put on Mikulskis slate for her nomination top 10 or whatever. 2 weeks later, all of us who had LOA's received our offers of appointment (and accepted). Best of luck
