Do some digging on why most veterans on her won't tell you not to submit for first board. The numbers or scholarships given is slim. A lot of kids/parent have to live through months of torment of not winning on first board and eventually getting on 2nd or third. My son won a 4 year on 2nd board last years and we skipped first board.
