So if you don’t receive an email, should you assume a denial?

My portal still reads no decision made. Do the acceptances/denials come in waves throughout the day?

Is the board that is happening now the final board? Or is there one more in April? I talked with the Penn State NROTC and he said that the final notifications should be coming out soon.

Thank you for the help. I am currently waiting to hear from the Naval Academy, as well as this scholarship. The waiting is always the worst part. Hopefully I hear something soon (results from the last board should be out within the next week).
