I went to the first seminar last week. They know that not all of you are in shape - they explained that to us. They want to see that you WANT to be there and that you are ALWAYS motivated. That's a lot better to them than being in complete shape and not wanting to be there and not motivated for...

I'm sure they don't have a lot of weight - but it improves your scores. My squad leader did 3... and he's male... and he got accepted... haha.

You did great - The main thing they look at is situps, pushups, and mile run because it is on the PRT test, which you know. One of the midshipmen I talked to said if you came anywhere close to the max requirements, your in great shape and shouldn't worry :) Good job! I fainted during my mile...

It more depends on the comany you are in and who is your plantoon/squad leader. Some of the kids had to wear their PT shorts for the workshops - I was able to dress in my own shorts and jeans. I think it all just depends on who is your leader.
