No. No LORs were required for me when I went to SLE. Maybe just work on your SAT scores/academics/CFA beforehand.
It seems like if you are already focused on getting LORs you should be in a good place.

I think I received a NOM from Padilla?
It reads CA-61, which I am assuming is Padilla because I didn't interview with Feinstein and my congressional district is someone else.

Sorry about the lateness: I opened up the AROTC Application website and it had a big "winner" in yellow and I received a letter from them on October 27 with the schools I won. I won to those said schools, and then contacted the ROTC branch at MIT to inform them I'll be trying for their battalion.
