    Got my TWE today! I am currently a NROTC Midshipman on scholarship so this news is a slight bit less disappointing than it could have been. It is still a tough pill to swallow though!     In regard to nomination sources; MOC, Senatorial, Vice-President, ROTC Commanding Officers, etc., is it safe to say that all possible slots available to fill get filled each year? I know MOC will nominate 10 people for one slot, this leads me to believe all slots get filled.
