In my (unqualified) opinion, I would say the pushups could be better, shooting closer to 40-50, but overall looks good. If anybody disagrees, you should probably defer to them.

Do you mind me asking what your scores were on your application?

I scored 45 pushups, which is on the border of excellent/outstanding, 78 situps, which I believe is a low excellent, and an 8:15 mile, which when converted would be a high good. My times are improving, but my recruiter told me I did well, and I submitted the scores. Should I be concerned?

Ok, thank you! I was just curious as I'm a competitive swimmer and my swim time would lend me way more points than my best run, but that definitely makes sense.
