My kids USNA portal and DoDmerb did exactly the same thing today. My kid has an conditional LOA since early Jan. Completed the medical exams Feb 1st and received the DQ Feb 14th.
She has not applied to another SA so has not had a waiver approved yet
I will keep you updated with what happens with this next week. She will email her admissions person on Monday and ask.
