I believe you can upload your own PT scores. So long as your instructor who did PT is also the instructor listed in your application.
I believe my son got a pdf of PT exam back from his gym teacher and then my son uploaded and the Army reviewed an approved.
They may send an email to check with gym teacher. Not sure. I do know you can upload yourself.
