BFE arrived today......accepted appointment Friday 3/11 and got BFE today, 3/16. We do live in MD......

Can those of you that got your BFE confirm address where it came from? We can see in informed delivery that a package should arrive by tomorrow mailed from "NAVAL ANACOST ANNEX, DC"........assuming its the BFE. you are from MD too correct??

not yet, just accepted appointment Friday. However, several PDF forms to complete were attached which is what we are trying to get a jump start on.

thanks! We see where to send the forms too with the directions. It just states in the directions to also attach a certificate of acceptance....

Can someone advise where to obtain their certificate of acceptance of their offer of appointment to attach to some of the forms required to submit....for example: Body alterations form etc.
