I think we are close to a big wave if the dates are similar to last year. Looking at the Class of 2021 list around 59 appointments were listed between March 6-March 15.

Although if you look back on past years you can see that posts here represent 10-15% so do the math.

My son’s friend from SLE who is from Ohio has received appointments to both USNA and USMA, but he is not on the forum. Not sure what district.

I have looked everywhere and can not find information on the number of applicants that apply to multiple service academies. It seems around here that most kids apply to all of the “big 3”. However, the amount of appointments offered seems very low if kids are getting into multiple academies. As...

I have a similar question. I know more nominations allows a candidate a greater chance for appointment based on being on more than one slate, but does it help for the national pool if they do not win either slate? (i.e. would having a senatorial and a congressional give a candidate more points...

Depends on what congressional district you are in? If it’s my son’s then leave it long. If it’s not then cut it :)
