Does not include room and board. Each school is different and some will pick up the tab on room and board.
 
What an exciting afternoon!

I know there is a chance that 3-year winners can be 'upgraded' to a 4-year after the third board.

Question: is it possible that the 3-year could be applied to an additional school not awarded at the second board? For example, if you win 3-year to XU and YU on 2nd board, could you then get a 3-year to ZU on 3rd board? Or is that more likely to be reconciled via discussion with the ROO at ZU for them to execute a transfer?

I have no idea, give it a sec and check it tmrw or something to see if it’s changed to something more familiar

Usually the acronym is FOUO (For Official Use Only) as well
 
Unclassified/FOU means the information isn't classified and For Official Use because it has your DD or DS's personal information
 
Still says Boarded/Under Consideration is it possible it could still change or is she being sent to the 3rd board. It still shows she is under consideration for the January Board
 
Based on how it worked for the 1st Board, it will say explicitly if you are a winner or not. So, until it says that you were Not Selected or Winner then I'd assume results are still being uploaded.

My son's says the same thing. Honestly, if my son was to get a scholarship, I'd expect him to squeak by on the March board. His GPA and extracurriculars are great, but his SAT was not stellar.
