2 members of congress nominations. One from a senator and one from a House of rep. And 1 presidential for my dad being a 100 percent disabled veteran

No I don't think so. Several days ago she got a message to be available for a call from the congressman but then his schedule changed and he couldn't call. Then last night the offer of appointment came by email. She had LOA from a while back, also LOA from Coast Guard Academy. DoDMERB was taking their sweet time getting her paperwork forward with no waiver required it was just stuck somehow.

Do you have his permission to post his email on this forum and to identify him as the source? If not, you posting it seems unseemly at best. BGOs are volunteers, and I'm guessing they don't appreciate their private communications being made public.
