I was recently accepted to West Point, but my family and I are in the process of moving to a new house. So on the post-acceptance forms, should I fill in the address sections as my current address and change it while I am at West Point? And how would I go about changing my address?

When will the move actually happen? Keep in mind the Post Office will forward your mail, although it will take longer that way. You might give your current address and then update it by phone later but the date the move actually happens is probably important.

Agree with Kinnem. Once you move, immediately notify USMA admissions of the change.

Most of your communications will be through your portal and email anyways.

Congratulations!

Yeah, you need to make sure you get your mail. I don't know what might be sent in the month of June but I certainly expect there is something. You still have May to get through. Give them your current address and change it a couple days before the move by phone. Of course, you could always call USMA and get their input.

Also ensure that your nomination source is note impacted. I believe you need to be resident of your Congressional District if you received the House Member's nomination or your state if you received the Senatorial nomination. Residency, I believe should be through R Day. It's not an issue for us, but I recall reading it in some of the literature. If it's an issue based on nomination source, do your homework.
