Book allowance never received

Hello. My son is a sophomore. He recieved a 3 year scholarship. He $ for monthly stipend and tuition has been paid. However his 1200 book allowance has not. Where do we go or who does he contact to find out why or where it is. Has anyone else had the same problem? Thanks!
 
Unit HR person or his class advisor are good places to start.

I remember not receiving the book allowance on time during several semesters when I was in NROTC, same with the other midshipmen in my unit.
 
Happens a lot with some accounting/finance oversight! just let HR know, as Ivy22 stated above.
 
The reference to a 1200 dollar book allowance leads me to believe this is Army or Air Force?
 
If it's Army, it's $600 per semester. Doesn't usually come until after the semester starts. Need to talk to HRA or instructor.
 
My DS just got his $600 for the semester books. His first semester as MS1 it took several months before they got book money.
