    Saw your post. Been through this with my appointee (including correspondence with Mr Mullen) and finally received waiver from USNA and Coast Guard. Still waiting on NROTC (plan B). As Mr. Mullen will tell you, every situation is different but ours sound strikingly similar. Let me know if I can help.

    Your applicant should have gotten a DQ letter with DQ codes and perhap requests for AMI codes. Happy to walk you through what I know about those I am not a doctor - just been through this).

    Check the medical records AND billing codes. We went back to original neurologist for clearance and doctor staff put different billing codes in from doctor's narrative and they indicated new and worsening conditions. What a mess.

    Had to get a separate evaluation from a second neurologist being REALLY careful about reason for visit. We went self pay so they could not screw up the insurance codes. God speed. Here if you need me.
