I don't understand any of this. The ACT has a composite score. The USAFA superscores. "Balancing" out anything makes zero sense. If you meet the scores, you're good, if you do not, then it's set in stone like that. An 800 in SAT reading (for example) won't offset a 400 in math if that's what...

It took a week to find out I was fully qualified. Paperwork generally takes 1-2 days to fax over. Since you've already taken it, I would continually check to see if your paperwork has been received yet. If you happen to have a remedial, you'll want to get it knocked out right away.
