My DD has a 4 year AROTC scholarship (nursing). She passed her APFT on Sept 02 2017, one week after college started. She signed her contract on Sept 22 2017. She took her oath on Oct 14 2017. Her stipend payment(s) have not shown up yet. Will she be paid retroactive to the day she signed...

My DD just passed her AROTC PFT. She's a four year scholarship award winner. Rather than bother her with more questions I'll ask the forum a few questions. How soon can she expect to sign her contract? When will stipend payments occur? Thanks

If one receives a degree in Kinesiology from USMA, and upon graduation from USMA does the Army place one with this degree in areas where they can use the degree to its potential, and still satisfy the needs of the Army? Is so, can someone give some examples?
