I received confirmation of my ISR NROTC scholarship on Friday 2/23, and I am placed at Villanova University, my number one choice. I have also been accepted to USD, Stanford, Rice. Still waiting on USNA.

Very sorry to hear this...our DS just accepted an ISR, and specifically stated in the paperwork is the disclaimer that accepting the ISR does not preclude you from accepting an appointment at the USNA.

Hi...I was nominated by 3 sources: President (in Sept), Senator (December), and most recently my MOC, do I compete with other candidates on all three slates? My admissions counselor said that my info was not submitted until the Jan board, I had updated ACTs that I submitted in Dec (ACT of 36)...

How do you know if you are a slate winner? I have received nominations from the President, US Senator, and most recently MOC, but none said that I was the slate winner...
