29June2018 UPDATE: I finally had my MRI and I was told that I have torn my ACL and MCL. I can walk perfectly fine now and possibly jog but it feels a little week when I do run. I am now DQ'd on DoDMERB and I am waiting to hear back from the folks that handle the waivers. I have to wait and see...

Thank you for the quick response. I have reached out to them and now I am gathering doctors notes and X-rays to send DoDMERB. I hope this helps others that encounter this situation in the future!
