When you say travel orders - do you mean the email with all the flight information? Yes - my son got that weeks ago from the UW NROTC HR person.

If you don't mind me asking - what was the disqualifying medical condition. Just curious what would come up in this setting?

I understand we don't have full info on this forum - but at this point I 100% agree with this sentiment. It appears that anyone that didn't have an appointment by April probably in fact had almost no chance of getting an appointment. There was - in hindsight - a lot of false/unrealistic hope...

I appreciate this update - I hope that info is correct. Time for a yes or no - this maybe state has gotten very old.

Quick question. Am I reading this correctly that - among the set of people that post on this forum - no one has received an appointment in almost (actually more than) a month?

It seems like there have been no appointments in the last few days - including today. Is that right? It would feel esp. pointless if ALL OF US waiting at this point end up with the TWE.

This drip drip drip - one persona at a time - approach to notifying people is quite odd. I don't know the USNA's process - but my guess is they could handle the notifications using an alternate approach that is both more efficient and less stressful for the candidates.

Thanks for the input everyone. FYI - my son't major is Economics. I like Tech, but it is relatively weak in Econ - so that is a minus. He is interested in Washington (perhaps because it is far from home), but not sure he will love the urba setting (even though the surrounding area is beautiful.
