Thank you. My father-in-law was a great, great man. Both his sons followed him into the Air Force and now his grandson will as well. He was so happy to hear the news that DS got into USAFA.

My DS received the appointment letter/blue binder yesterday. Got his MOC call on 3/7. Ironically it arrived on the same day as his grandfather's funeral, so we are jokingly saying that Grandpa made it happen. It was a rough day, but getting that in the mail helped a little bit.

Thanks Bracken. I was probably more excited for a BWE than DS, since it would be such a good photo op! He is leaning more towards USAFA and hopefully our visit this month will help make his final decision easier.

DS got a call from MOC 3/7 and his portal updated 3/13. We have not gotten a BFE. Some of our mail came through damaged, so we thought it might have been lost in whatever caused that.
