Hello all, If I know I am going to receive a DQ code, can I schedule a physicians appointment to get an updated evaluation before DODMERB has given me the DQ? Any input is appreciated.

I haven't received a Civ team packet but already scheduled both my exams. Is there anyone who has a copy of instruction on what not to do before the exams (not wearing contacts, no protein shakes etc)?

Is there anything I have to do in order to be ready for the first board? I have completed all of the required documents and have been at "board ready" status for about a month. It hasnt changed to "boarded" or "under consideration" yet.
