I was looking at the Plebe issue list in the Midshipmen Budget Book... does anyone know if we'll be issued over the counter allergy medicine, I should bring my own, or should I get a note from my doc like regular medicine?

How many extra pairs compression shorts and sports bras would you recommend bringing? Packing list says they issue six and 11 respectively.
