No more BFE's or just impatient?

I received my offer of appointment on March 30th and accepted the offer immediately, but I have yet to receive a physical BFE. Since PTR's are now all online possibly due to Covid-19, did USNA refrain from sending out BFE's to later accepted candidates as well? Is anyone else in the same position? Possibly lost in the mail? All feedback is appreciated.

More than likely most of the staff is working remotely and hasn’t been in to ship them. Could be wrong, but that is my guess. If it is of that big concern drop your admissions counselor an email.

I have read of them getting lost in the mail. Or hidden behind a rock when the mail person delivered.

Agree to email your admissions counselor. It’s very nice to have at this stage of your journey! Especially for your parents to proudly display.

The envelop (~ 9x12”) may not fit in a standard Residential mailbox (it doesn’t fold). Hopefully the postman leaves it at the front with rock placed on top to keep any heavy winds from lifting it.

Time to invest in the barn sized mailbox. We also have a box for delivered packages. It’s a must living off a rural route and your mail box 1/5 mile from the front door.

I'm also thinking that, with folks working remotely, getting the letters printed and mailed is not happening right now. There is probably also the thought that most h.s.'s aren't doing awards ceremonies/live graduations this year, so no rush to get them out. I've little doubt it will come eventually.

Well... a little nudge to your regional officer should do it. Officer wrote back without explanation that it should be here in about a week. Good luck to those in the same position.
