sorry to hear this news. Go with your plan B and apply again! I am in the same class as a plebe who applied his senior year, got rejected, joined NROTC, applied again, had a nomination source from NROTC and got in. You can do it and come back better!

In 2023, those that got offered NAPS were not rejected, they were just offered NAPS intead of an appointment

There are no directions in terms of address other than for the SF-86 form where it specifically says to put the usna address for "where you live" but again, that is only for the sf-86. All other forms do not have those instructions.

Do we use our address for all papers in the PTR or do we use a particular address at the Naval Academy?

I just got my passport two weeks ago/same day. It cost 250 and I am not sure if I could go and do that again for a passport card. I will try and see if I can get one non-expedited and hope for the best. Thank you for your suggestion.
