Will those looking for a medical waiver know their status before the May 1st decision deadline for the USNA and other SAs?

Does the Navy's BUMED provide the medical waiver for USMMA, USNA, & NROTC? If so, if a candidate received a medical waiver for one of the above would it apply to the others?
