I was filling out paperwork for NROTC, and one of the required forms is a "Letter from the Commander, Naval Education and Training Command." I haven't received such a letter yet, is it sent to me directly or to the NROTC unit? The NROTC paperwork is due 1 July, so I only have two weeks to find...
