youngster year privileges

I have seen a lot of back and forth on this subject, but I wanted to know if after plebe year you are allowed to have a personal Xbox or PlayStation in your room. Or if there is even a way to connect them to the internet.

I know that the newly minted youngsters are not allowed to wear civilian clothes on liberty and that they do not have the same privileges that 2/C and 1/Cs have, but they are allowed to do slightly more things then plebes are permitted to do. My mid tells me almost nothing, so I come here...
