I can do 41 push ups in a row. I'm a swimmer and a cross country runner so I'm not buffed. I was wondering if anyone had used the 100pushups program on google. Or if anyone else as any suggestions and a good schedule i could follow to increase my push ups to 75

I just did it until I got 75, a program might have made it easier. But, nothing works better than meer determination.

I have been doing it. You can do it if you choose, its just a simple plan which some people may need in order to stay on track and increase their numbers. The best way for me is to just max out your pushups in your first set, then rest for a minute, and then max out again, and keep doing that until you cannot do anymore. That will definitely build you up

I agree with jasondavid92.
When i am given 2 minutes to do pushups, I max out by doing around 35-40 pushups, then pause, take a quick 10 second break and then break out another 30-40. Its all in the head for me, so i mentally divide up the reps. I do 15 at a time and continue on from that.
If thats not your style, do about 80 pushups a night at 30-40 reps, practicing how to pump out the 30-40 pushups in quick succession. Do that for a month or so and you'll be fine! :)
