I was just wondering if multiple nominations would show up on the portal and if so, how they would appear.

I believe your portal will just show "Nomination Received" check mark if you have multiple.

My DS recieved two so far, one "Honor Military Schools/AFROTC/AFJROTC Nomination Recieved" and "Missouri- 7th Congressional District Nomination Recieved".

Last year at least, they showed up separately if you got more than one.
