When will the application open? Son made an account this morning and it appears it is still 2017-2018.

After you start the application, try to get everything done by the first deadline. The earlier you submit, the greater your chance is for the scholarship.

That was his goal hence starting today. My older son is at USMA and couldn’t complete rotc due to an injury preventing the fitness so this is new!
