I chose neutral ground to start this thread for the annual spurt of A-N spirit videos.

First post is yet another well-produced video by Rylan Tuohy, a USNA grad whose spirit spots were justly famed when he was a mid (go check out his YouTube channel, includes “Naptown Funk”). It helps if you have watched “The Squid Game.” Essentially, there are a lot of kill-offs.

Hmm I dont watch Squid Home so it was lost on me. Plus just too long for a spirit spot but I appreciate the production work. Go Navy Beat Army.

Rylan - First to die!

Ok, this is a serious one, for both sides, the opening for the 2017 game, while we await this year’s crop of videos. Dare you to not stand a little straighter and knuckle away a bit of ocular excess. Might also be handy to keep on your phone, if you’re having one of those “Your Kid Is Going Where” encounters.

Absolutely, hands down, my personal fav. Always get choked up. Every time.

Come on @Capt MJ you can't post stuff like this! If someone sees me watching this they may realize I have feelings.

We're an AF family and host USAFA cadets but these USNA spirit videos are way ahead of the Army and AF. The Naptown Funk video was awesome. The Navy seems to have this spirit sly fun and a wink.

The sole reigning member of the Hall of Fame for opening vids.

NEVER gets old.

Always with the ocular.....

Surely even in the 21st century we can’t imply people cry around here, much less sob, weep or shed copious tears. In true Pentagon style, we come up with a euphemism. 😱

My trigger (paraphrase): “It’s a game where everyone playing in it is willing to die for everyone watching it.” Every time. 😭

Just went down the YouTube rabbit hole watching each years intro back to 2010. Some are more stirring than others...honorable mention for 2019 and the JFK speech
