3 year AROTC commitment?

What's the commitment if accepting a 3 year? My ROO said it's 4 years full time service or 6 national guard. I thought it was 8 years?

I read on the Army site that it was 8 years, regardless of active or reserve.
However, I have read elsewhere that it could be six if you do active.
And I have no idea about national guard.
