3Q Letter

Hello. Quick question for you all regarding becoming "3Q'ed". Is there specific correspondance that states you are triple qualified or is it just understood if you have green checks next to everything in your portal? I received an LOA in the Fall and my regional admissions officer sent me an email saying I was good to go after I received my nomination; however, I just wanted to make sure I was not missing something else to show I was completely qualified.

Under the ‘Official Correspondence’ section should be a PDF called ‘Candidate File Qualified’. Hope this helps

Which region are you from?
 
Not all 3Q candidates receive a letter. It is very dependent on the RC. If your RC sent you a email, you should be "good to go"
 
As stated by USMA 1994, some RCs prefer emailing candidates. Stay on top of your email!!!

My son (currently an AOG at Marion) got a 3Q letter last year from Cpt. Boychak that appeared in his portal in the correspondence box. I just checked our old email files and it does not appear that we got an email notification from him last year, just the portal letter.
