7th Semester Transcript

Yesterday I received an Official Correspondence saying USMA was missing my 7th semester transcript, and that if they did not receive it by Feb. 28, they may close my file. I spoke with my college counselor, and she said they had been sent last week (I believe through Naviance, but I'm not positive). I am aware that it probably just hasn't been processed yet, but if they somehow didn't get it I am worried I may not have time to resend it before Feb. 28. So my question is, how long does it usually take to update the portal once they've received a document such as this? Thanks!
 
Contact USMA Admissions to have them check and make sure it's received.
 
Yes, so this issue is making me crazy. #3's school does not release the 7th semester transcripts until MONDAY! He had a straight A and A+ semester and seriously boosted his GPA. This is killing me just a little bit inside...every day. Of course, #3 is less concerned and is sure it will all work out and that this has happened to every other kid from his school (which might explain why four kids got into Navy and ZERO have gotten into USMA...just saying.)

We contacted our RC to check, and it was confirmed and posted the next day.
