7th Semester Transcript

So I submitted my transcript up to the end of last year. Now that it's the new year the portal is asking for my midyear transcript. The problem is my semester isn't done until next Friday, January 29th and my counselor can't send the transcript for it until mid-February at the earliest. Will this be a problem? Or will they accept the form after the deadline?
